How much do you charge?
Complete our online form or contact us to receive your FREE quote.
We charge by working man-hours. We send either 1 house keeper or a crew of 2 or more depending on the size of your home. Please consider the number of hours you purchased for your service times the size of the cleaning crew.
2 hours = 2 housekeepers for 1 hour or 1 housekeeper for 2 hours
4 hours = 2 housekeepers for 2 hours or 1 housekeeper for 4 hours
What happens if I find an item damaged or lost?
Your peace of mind is always our priority. All of our employees are drug tested, pre-screened for past criminal history, and given a full background check. The representatives of Houston Pro Maids are trained to preserve valuables when cleaning your home. In the unlikely event an object is damaged or lost, please notify our office within 48 hours so that we can take immediate action to compensate you. You can also review our terms of service.
Is Houston Pro Maids licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed through our local and federal authorities. We carry $2 million dollars of general liability insurance.
Do I need to be home when Houston Pro Maids arrives?
It is not necessary for you to be home; however, Houston Pro Maids welcomes you to remain home during cleanings. In the event that you're not home, our client representatives will work with you to secure a key and / or get security access to your home. We securely track keys and access codes to provide our clients with anonymity; therefore, we will never write your name and address on the key itself.
What do I need to supply to clean my home?
Nothing at all. Houston Pro Maids supplies all cleaning supplies and equipment needed. For sanitary reasons, some of our clients prefer us to use their brooms, mops, vacuums, and toilet brushes. In such cases, we are happy to accommodate those requests. Please notify us if you prefer we use your own cleaning equipment at the time of your booking preference.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are due when service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept checks, cash, and major credit cards. The first time you use our services, we will require payment to be secured by a credit card. Please refer to our terms of service for more details.
What area does Houston Pro Maids service?
We provide services for Houston area within 20 miles of our office address. Please call our office if you leave out of our service area, we may have a team that lives/works in your area.
How many people will clean my home?
Typically, 1 to 4 housekeepers will clean your home. The size of your home will determine the number of people needed.
How long will it take to clean an average home?
The average residential cleaning takes between 2 and 4 hours, but it is directly related to the number of ornaments, furniture and people that live in the home, as well as the care the home has received prior to our visit. If additional time is needed, Houston Pro Maids will notify you and provide an estimated time for completion prior to starting the service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us a 24 hour notice prior to cancellation. If your cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice a $25 cancellation fee applies.
